SHIPMENT (DELIVERY) Terms and Condition

Order Processing

• Order processing depends on type of an instrument & quantity required.

• Commonly used instruments within QTY of 10 are usually kept in Stock which will be shipped

within 1-3 days after processing.

• Non-Stock products/QTY >10 usually take 10-14 days for processing.

• Larger orders will be individually addressed in collaboration with customer.

• Information about order status & delivery time will be E-mailed at the acknowledgement of

order and by follow up correspondences.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipment (Delivery) address/Country is requested at the checkout point of an order.

• Shipping charges are calculated as per current Air Freight Courier rates for relevant country.

• Shipping speeds are usually ‘Express’

• Information about shipping carriers and tracking information will be E-mailed at the

commencement of shipping.

• Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative approximate only, although it

is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within agreed time period. We cannot be held

responsible for delays in the delivery caused by a third party.

Returns

• Faulty or incorrectly ordered goods can be returned and will be replaced or refunded after

inspection providing they are not soiled or damaged in any way, and that we are notified in

writing by E-mail within 7 working days of delivery.

• If an item is faulty or not as described, we pay for the return. and you have the right to a full

refund, including original delivery costs.

• If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are usually responsible for

the return shipping cost.

Cancellations

• You can generally cancel an online order, either by cancelling before it ships or by returning it

after it arrives by E-mail.

• For most items, you have a “cooling-off period” to cancel the order up to 14 days after

receiving it, and another 14 days to send the items back for a refund. Some exceptions

include bespoke or personalized surgical instruments.

• Before shipping: most online orders can be cancelled by an Email within 24 hours of

purchase, that have not yet been dispatched.

• After shipping (returns): If the item has already shipped, you will need to return it as per

‘Returns’ guidelines above.

The Online Purchase on ‘surgins.com’ and any and all disputes alleged to relate to it or

arise out of its shall be governed by the laws of England, as per ‘Surgins Terms of Direct Sale.
