Returns Policy
No goods will be accepted for credit unless prior
arrangements have been agreed with us.
Should you wish us to consider accepting a return please
inform us in writing including the following information:
(At this stage please do not send the goods)
– Product Code
– Description
– Order No
– Date Of Order
– Reason For Requesting Return
– Date Of Delivery
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept back:
– Goods which are not in their original packaging.
– Goods which have been used or autoclaved.
– Goods not in their original condition.
– Goods which are manufactured to your specifications.
There would be a restocking fee for all goods accepted as a
return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
